Complaints and returns

Returning Goods

  • 14-day return period: You have the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: The goods must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.
  • Return procedure: Please contact us by email or phone to start the return process. We will provide you with all the information you need, including the return address.
  • Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, you will be refunded in the same manner as payment was made.

Complaints

  • Complaint procedure: If the purchased goods are defective or do not meet your expectations, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will be happy to provide you with further instructions on how to make a complaint.
  • Warranty period: We provide a standard warranty period for all products in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Complaint handling: Upon receipt of the goods, we will initiate the claim process. We will try to resolve the claim as quickly as possible, usually within 30 days.
